Great breakfast for years - ambience and staff are also right!

Good breakfast in a nice ambience. Unfortunately deduction for the hygiene measures. Every time I had to carry my note with my data after the ladies (there were no table numbers on it) and all tables were occupied next to each other, in my opinion much too tight during the Corona period!

Cake excellent as always. Deficiency, napkins are not served. Cappuccino could be a little stronger. Radiant heaters over the tables in front of the door would be pleasant. Personnel moves in the standard area.

Actually 5 stars. 1 * deduction, because there is a terrible wait staff ... otherwise highly recommended and by far the best breakfast in Bad Kreuznach.

Very good cake, homemade ice cream and small dishes. A clear recommendation.

08/19/20, We wanted a table inside for 5 people. The waitress (blonde, glasses and hair in a small pigtail) simply ignored that we were waiting, when I went in I was just snapped at, there were too many people in the sales room, so I went back to the others and waited. An elderly lady went to the waitress to ask when she could pay, she would wait for 15 minutes, no one would serve her, the waitress again very quick-tempered and puffy to the old lady, she snapped energetically that all guests would have to wait today and just left the old dale standing there. A young couple was already sitting, but since it was also not served, the two got up and left without having ordered anything. Since the waitress told us we would have to wait a long time, because they would first have to clear and disinfect the table inside and this would not work now, the 5 of us also left the pastry shop. No trace of friendliness, timely service and motivated staff. I've already had breakfast there with my mom, the same person served us, it was horrible, she was rude, made us wait forever until we could pay and hardly responded to our wishes. The breakfast is great and a lot of homemade and high quality. However, a lot stands and falls with the staff, I can't understand how the managing director lets this person continue to work there, although he has enormous financial losses through them and all at these times when you actually think the gastronomy would have suffered and would be rely on good service and guests.

An extremely rude waitress. (Wearing glasses). After we arrived there, two couples left after being pammed by that person, which caused us to leave. There is actually a great quality of products here, but that does not help if you have staff that you should not let loose on people.

Hospitality is NOT a top priority here! After waiting 10 minutes without being served or receiving a card, I made myself aware of a young waitress (as well as other annoyed guests who probably waited longer than we did) I was dumped with an annoyed hand wave. We went straight away and will certainly not stop here a second time.

Nice fresh tasty

Very nice and warm service. The only thing I found a shame that there was no large cappuccino or cocoa. But whether it was really a lack. Everything tasted great and was clean.

Have been customers of the café for a long time. Really bad for the first time today! After Corona, economy measures are probably the order of the day. Mixed bread basket of the Wonsyld breakfast with 2 half bread slices of the bread end (first cut), 1 bread roll and a crossant. Criticism of this was very unprofessional and unfriendly rejected. By reducing the number of seats, the dirt on the walls and floor becomes apparent. For the prices called (9.50 euros per breakfast) a REASON!

Old charm, best coffee and cake but not only!

My favorite cafe in KH. Delicious hot chocolate with cinnamon, homemade nougat cream and super croissants and cakes. This time also a really nice, funny and courteous waitress!

I'm evaluating the quality of the cakes here and it's easy ... I can't find the words ... That would be an exaggeration, very good? would be an understatement. I can not say anything about how stressed the waitresses are or whether the waiting time in the cafe is too long or whether the furniture is old-fashioned (presumably you can argue about it) - I am absolutely delighted with what is offered. There is not the usual cream / biscuit / cream cake stuff but the finest cakes.
